Thanks. What I describe isn’t a simplification of Eisenhower:
1/ Not optional is different from important/urgent. This is what makes classification much easier. Semantics matters. Not optional tends to be evident.
2. I don’t understand Eisenhower last quadrant: ignore not important and not urgent. If you discard such activities then you’re going to miss on a lot of opportunities. I urge everyone to do not important/not urgent stuff as long as they enjoy it. And I urge to do it regularly, ideally on a daily basis.
